Before Running

Confirm your company, assessment period, CRM connection, business settings and scope are saved. For Free workspaces, make sure your three chosen domains are correct: they become fixed when your first assessment starts.

Start The Run

  1. Open Assessments.
  2. Review the available run action and the scope you saved.
  3. Start the assessment when the workspace is ready.
  4. Follow collection and evaluation progress on the assessment screen.

While It Runs

The product collects supported CRM evidence and evaluates the selected controls in the background. You do not need to keep the page open for background processing. Only one assessment can run for a company at a time.

Record volume, available sources and provider limits affect duration. GTMOne does not promise a fixed completion time. A control counter may remain at zero while evidence collection is still in progress.

After It Finishes

GTMOne reviews the completed assessment before releasing the client report. Once released, use Findings for record-level actions and Reports for the executive summary. A completed run and a released report are separate stages.
