Collection Comes Before Evaluation

GTMOne first reads the evidence needed for the selected scope. During this stage, the number of evaluated controls may still be zero. That alone does not mean the assessment has failed.

Common States

  • Running: collection or control evaluation is in progress.
  • Under Review: processing has finished and GTMOne is checking the result before release.
  • Released: your findings and report are available.
  • Attention or an error message: read the specific problem shown; the run may require a connection or processing fix.

If Progress Appears Stuck

Refresh the assessment view and check the latest message. Avoid starting repeated runs or changing scope to bypass the problem. Open a Support request, select the related assessment and include when you started it and the message shown.

Evidence Gaps Are Different From A Failed Run

A processed control can report that history or another source was unavailable. This describes what could not be established. A processing failure means the job did not complete correctly. The two need different remedies.
