What This Domain Tells You
Lifecycle checks examine recorded stages, transitions, conversion timing and whether won deals align with customer status. Backward or skipped stages can be legitimate and may require review rather than automatic correction.
Before You Assess
Review the lifecycle-stage and lead-status mappings. Keep standard HubSpot values when you use the standard model. Timing and trend checks depend on usable history and comparable populations.

How To Use The Findings
Resolve missing stages and statuses first. Review qualified contacts without deals and won-deal contacts whose lifecycle was not updated. Do not edit past events merely to remove an indicator.
Read The Outcome Correctly
A confirmed issue means a stated requirement was not met. A review indicator needs business context. Unavailable evidence or history means the outcome could not be established; it is not an automatic failure. Read coverage alongside any score.
